2. Moderation, safety and illegal content
For a report, a safety question, a moderation request or a report concerning content you believe to be illegal: moderation@sinco.fr.
Email reporting is available to anyone, including people without a Sinco account. To help Sinco process a notice accurately, include where possible:
- the precise URL or identifier of the content, profile or conversation concerned;
- the reasons why you believe the content is illegal or violates the Community Guidelines;
- any useful contextual information;
- a contact email address;
- a statement confirming that, to the best of your knowledge, the information provided is accurate and complete.
Sinco may request additional information, make content unavailable while it is reviewed, and inform the notifier of the outcome where possible. A person affected by a moderation decision may also email moderation@sinco.fr to request a review.
Sinco also uses automated checks on certain published content and text fields. These checks complement reports and human review and are not guaranteed to detect every violation.
