Account deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Sinco account and what this means for your data, content and interactions.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account from the app’s account settings or by writing to contact@sinco.fr.
2. Time frame
Permanent deletion of the account and associated data may take up to 30 days.
3. Content and interactions
Deleted Projects, Steps, Artworks, comments, Supports, Traces and other interactions are removed from the user interface immediately. Technical purging or permanent deletion may take up to 7 days.
