On Sinco, your art is yours. This charter explains what is expected to preserve a space for honest, documented human creation.
Sinco is dedicated to human creations. You can show your process, share your Steps and reveal your Artworks, provided that what you present is genuinely the result of your work.
1. YOUR art is yours
A creation published on Sinco must reflect your intent, perspective and work. A Project, its Steps and its final Artwork must correspond to something you genuinely created or to which you made the principal contribution.
2. Artificial intelligence is prohibited
Using artificial intelligence to generate or alter a creation is prohibited on Sinco, unless Sinco expressly announces an exception for a specific feature.
This prohibition includes AI generation or alteration of images, videos, text, music, sound, voices and any element presented as part of your creation.
3. No fakes, no deception
You may not publish, document or present fake or misleading content designed to make an artificial production, a deceptive staged scene or someone else’s work appear to be your human creation.
You may not artificially reconstruct Steps, conceal the true origin of an Artwork or pass off AI-generated content as a human creation.
4. What we encourage
- manual, digital, written, musical, body-based or any other form of expression created by you;
- Projects that show a process, trials, steps or genuine progress;
- Artworks presented honestly, without misleading the community about their origin.
Categories
Choose the category that best describes your creation
When you publish your Artwork, a category helps the community quickly understand what type of creation you are presenting. It does not limit your art; it only makes it easier to discover.
Digital
A creation you made using digital tools, without AI generation or alteration.
Written
Poetry, stories, scripts, prose or any form of written expression.
Musical
Composition, performance, production or sound creation made by you.
Body-based
Dance, performance, movement or expression in which the body is part of the creation.
Other
For a form of human creation that does not clearly fit the previous categories.
5. Moderation
Content that breaches this charter may be rejected, removed or lead to action against the relevant account. When in doubt, Sinco may request additional evidence or carry out a human review.
